Step one was creating the character. 
During this phase, the main goal was to really plan out the  "transformation" in the character. taking them from being this lovable but not-so-effective person to becoming a skilled and capable worker.
The next step was creating a refined storyboard.
Crafting a polished storyboard proved instrumental in resolving unforeseen issues and, ultimately, obtaining approval from leadership to proceed with the project.
Next was creating the background assets.
The majority of this process was created in Procreate
Time to Animate!
So, we kicked things off by crafting rough and refined animations in Procreate. After that, we'd bring everything together by combining the animation with the background using Adobe After Effects.
Animation Finished! Next, Is Marketing Collateral.
Once the project was wrapped up, we went on to produce a variety of assets for the campaign. This included designing print ads, banners, and even crafting a striking 10-foot backdrop for the big reveal at Noria's annual conference.
